 Our proposal process is simple:
After either meeting with you or discussing your project on the phone, we'll adapt your goals, tastes and preferences to our own design process. Sometimes an actual sample page will be generated for your private viewing online to help us in our talks.
Eventually we'll have enough information to prepare a detailed written proposal, complete with firm pricing for the specified work (i.e. "No surprise charges!"). We may continue to negotiate details - including payment arrangements if needed - until hopefully, an agreement is reached. In the unlikely event that you decide to not go ahead with the project, there will be no charge for our time spent; and you'll leave with our sincere thanks for having considered us.
