Is Leasing Right for You?

We offer two approaches to having a great website for your business. With our OWNERSHIP PLAN, clients pay a one-time fee to have their site designed; and then pay a nominal fee each year to have us host it for them on the web.

If limited cashflow makes the initial design charge a problem, then leasing may be the best way to get your website up and running right now. Our leased websites are a way to have a custom website for your business with basic features; and NO compromise in quality! Leasing is an attractive option if:

  • Your business needs a web presence that can be found by Google and other searches
  • You need a "brochure" type website with limited functions
  • A single link to your existing email address is all you need
  • You aren't planning to sell products directly from your website

Leasing can be a great way to preserve capital for other business needs in today's tough economy. The design and setup of your website is completely free; and your own "dot com" name is even included (subject of course to availability). We'll come to your place of business to get photos if you're located within thirty miles of Rochester; and when we've completed your site's design to your satisfaction, we'll publish it for you to the web - all for one low monthly amount (paid quarterly).

How to Lease a Great Website

The process begins with a phone call to discuss your project, and to get answers to whatever questions you may have. From there we'll do a domain name search to help locate an available name that you like. You give us your design instructions, and we continue to work together until we arrive at a design that we can both be proud of.

The length of time needed to complete and to publish your website to the Internet depends on the number of pages involved, whether or not we're waiting for a domain name transfer from your present registrar (if that applies), and on how long it takes to receive your photos and other materials. A one-paged site can usually be completed within a few days of our first talk; and a two or three-paged site can be ready in a week or two, if all goes well.
